Ross Chapin is an architect that creates “Pocket Neighborhoods” with his work. His goal with Pocket Neighborhoods is to create a space that stimulates conversation amongst neighbors; this eventually can lead to higher security and more neighborliness within communities. Ross firmly believes in “re-establishing the commons.”
